What is the Helpline

Get in touch with us to receive high-quality and user-friendly first-line IP assistance from a team of experienced legal specialists within no more than three working days. 

The Helpline is open to any EU SME willing to internationalise their business in China, India, Latin America or South-east Asia or involved in transnational business activities within Europe. Moreover, it is also at the service of researchers and SMEs participating in EU-funded research projects 

All enquiries will be treated with the highest degree of confidentiality in full compliance with EU regulations 2016/679 and 2018/1725 on personal data protection. For more details refer to our privacy policy.
