PRACSIS

PRACSIS is a pan-European communication and PR agency. It focuses on communication strategy, stakeholder management, networking and production. PRACSIS was created in 1995 and has headquarters in Brussels (Belgium) and Saigon (Vietnam).

Innovation, Green Economy, Blue Economy, Sustainability are the concepts which are our central points of focus and expertise. We believe, and actively take part in the transition towards the European Green Deal.

Our team is composed of senior consultants in EU public affairs, energy, environment, bioeconomy, but also in communications, press and PR.

SPI (www.spieurope.eu) is a private consulting company created in 1996 as an active centre of national and international networks connected to the SME and innovation sectors. Since its inception, SPI has become a leading promoter of linkages between private sector companies, science and technology institutions, and national and international public and private organizations. From its onset, SPI embraced the mission of managing projects that promote regional, national and international development, stimulate entrepreneurship, innovation and knowledge management and encourage internationalization and creation of strategic partnerships and business relationships.

In fulfilling its mission, SPI has created competences in several areas which include: communication and dissemination, support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), mapping of research and innovation systems, development of strategies and policy dialogue, training and training needs assessment, and multi-stakeholder dialogue and consultation. In addition, SPI also works extensively with industry and companies, helping them develop their internationalization strategy in foreign markets (including China and Southeast Asia), structure their R&D and Innovation activities and supporting their connections with potential research partners. Furthermore SPI is an associated member of the European Business & Innovation Centre Network and has a wide network of contacts with different kinds of R&D and innovation actors across Europe and beyond.

SPI has coordinated and provided expert support on projects in Africa, Asia, North America, South America and the Pacific region, as well as all over Europe involving numerous organizations client institutions including: European Commission various DGs and Agencies: The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME), DG Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (GROW), DG Competition (COMP), DG Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRI), DG International Cooperation and Development (DEVCO), Joint Research Centre (JRC), DG Regional and urban Policy (REGIO), DG Trade (TRADE); DG Research and Innovation (RTD); and other International Development Agencies - such as the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank and USAID as well as International Organisations

SPI has over 85 full-time staff located in the various offices of the company in Portugal (Porto, Lisbon, Coimbra, Evora and Ponta Delgada), China (Beijing and Macao), Spain (Santiago de Compostela), and the USA (Washington D.C. and California). SPI also has an affiliated office in Brussels, Belgium through the European Business & Innovation Centre Network (EBN). The SPI Group also includes SPI Açores, SPI China, SPI España, SPI USA and SPI Ventures. SPI also has established professional and business network and operations in Brazil and Africa. In 2008, SPI created SPI Ventures, a company with the mission to act as a catalyst for business creation and development by identifying and selecting emerging opportunities and accelerating them towards the creation of new businesses.

European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam

Since its establishment with just 60 members in 1998, the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) has grown to represent over 1,000 European businesses, counting among its members some of the world’s leading enterprises. With offices in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and Chapters in the Central, Northeastern and Southeastern regions of Vietnam, EuroCham’s mission is to represent the business interests of our members in Vietnam and to improve the business environment in the country for the benefit of all.

The Chamber is the leading organisation representing European business interests in Vietnam, and is also an umbrella organisation gathering affiliated European business associations: the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (BeluxCham); the Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (CEEC); the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Portugal-Vietnam (CCIPV); the Dutch Business Association Vietnam (DBAV); the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV); the German Business Association in Vietnam (GBA); the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICham); the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (NordCham); and the Spanish Business Group in Vietnam (SBG). The British Business Group Vietnam (BBGV) and the Swiss Business Association (SBA) are close partner organisations. EuroCham is a founding member of the inter-foreign-chamber platform Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) and chaired it in 2018 for the first time since it was established in 1997.

EuroCham is a member of the European Business Organisation Worldwide Network ASBL (EBOWWN), representing European businesses in almost 40 countries across the globe and addressing common trade and investment related issues to the European Commission. In the region, EuroCham is a member of the EU-ASEAN Business Council. Since the end of 2015, EuroCham has been the implementing partner of the South East Asia IPR SME Helpdesk, providing free-of-charge advice and support on intellectual property protection when entering and expanding in the ASEAN market. Since 2016, EuroCham is also a consortium partner of the EU-Vietnam Business Network (EVBN), an EU co-funded project under the ICI+ programme which aims to support EU small and medium enterprises interested in doing business in Vietnam, while promoting the country and ASEAN’s business opportunities in Europe. In 2017, EuroCham was awarded Best Large Chamber of the Year at the Asia Pacific International Chambers of Commerce Awards and in 2018 Eurocham received a Certificate of Merit from Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc for its contribution to Vietnam’s development.
