Our training approach
The Latin America IP SME Helpdesk offers on-site and online training activities that cover relevant IP topics for EU SMEs and entrepreneurs looking to expand their businesses to Latin America: from basic principles and ideas about the benefits of Intellectual Property for SMEs to specific tools and procedures for managing IP rights in Latin America.
Our on-site training events take place in most of the EU countries, as well as Latin American ones such as Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru or Colombia, among others. In addition to the on-site training, we offer exclusive webinars and training kits for our registered users and collaborators.

Online training events
We offer a variety of exclusive IP webinars for registered users only, which provide practical, straight-forward information for EU SMEs. These IP webinars can be either country-specific or regional and they also focus on IP matters in different business sectors.
During the live sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask any question you may have directly to our IP experts.
