All your queries received through this confidential service will receive a tailor made answer by our IP experts or will be signposted to appropriate organisations within a maximum of 3 working days.
This service is offered in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese (upon experts’ availability).
All enquiries will be treated with the highest degree of confidentiality in full compliance with EU regulations 2016/679 and 2018/1725 on personal data protection. For more details refer to our privacy policy.
