Risti is a partner with K&K Advocates in Jakarta, Indonesia. Before joining K&K she was a senior associate with another prominent Indonesian law firm, also specialising in intellectual property (IP). She is a member of INTA and an active committee member of the Indonesian IP Constant Association (AHKI).
Risti has extensive experience in handling and overseeing IP prosecutions including undertaking legal assessments and providing advice relating to issues on copyright, licensing, franchising, trade secrets and domain name protection. She regularly advises client on labelling requirements on product packaging for compliance with the laws and regulations of Indonesia and is heavily involved in the firm’s IP litigation and enforcement work. Risti joined the Helpdesk network of experts in June 2014.
