The objective of the Technology and Innovation Support Centre (TISC) is to stimulate a dynamic, vibrant, and balanced Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) system in the state to foster creativity and innovation, thereby promoting entrepreneurship and enhancing social, economic, and cultural development.
