The objectives of the initiative is to facilitate 1000 start-ups in 5 years; set up 10 incubation centres / accelerators in the State particularly focusing on Digital manufacturing, Life sciences (Biotechnology), Agro & Food Processing and Information Technology; build strong linkages with all the major institutions and facilitate 50 Entrepreneurship Development Centres in the colleges.
