Lan Nguyen believes that fostering a fair and competitive business environment is not only a professional duty, but also a responsibility shared by every lawyer. Driven by this commitment, she focuses her practice on copyright, trademarks, industrial designs, patents, and transactional IP matters, helping businesses effectively protect and leverage their intellectual assets. Her passion for supporting innovation led her to join the South-East Asia IPR SME Helpdesk, where she assists SMEs in safeguarding and commercializing their IP rights.
Currently Lan works for Atsumi & Sakai Vietnam Law Firm. The Firm handls multinational transactions regarding business expansion, M&A and corporate reorganization, corporate legal affairs, litigation and arbitration, withdrawal, and legal research. She brings extensive experience in establishing and enforcing intellectual property rights in Vietnam, enabling her to deliver practical, reliable advice and manage applications efficiently, minimizing risks, time, and costs for clients.
Lan Nguyen is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation.
