All your queries received through this confidential service will receive a tailor-made answer by our IP experts or signposted to appropriate organisations within a maximum of 3 working days.
The services of the India IP SME Helpdesk are primarily provided in English. However they may also be provided in other languages including French, Spanish, German, Italiano or Czech, upon request and depending on our experts’ availability.
All enquiries will be treated with the highest degree of confidentiality in full compliance with EU regulations 2016/679 and 2018/1725 on personal data protection. For more details refer to our privacy policy.
