Michael is an Of Counsel at Eiger, a Greater China-based law firm, supporting foreign business on different IP, commercial and tax matters, with a strong focus on Taiwan. As member of Eiger’s IP-team he coordinates TM filings and further IP support within Greater China and in various jurisdictions in Asia.
Michael is a member of INTA and speaks on a regular basis about current legal matters concerning Taiwan and the Greater China area.
Michael obtained his law degree at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, Germany and LLM at University of East Anglia, U.K.
