University is located in Ludhiana city (Punjab State) in north-west India, nad has 8 research stations, 18 Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) [Farm Science centres].
It operates Food Industry Business Incubation centre which was established as Food Industry Centre in Department Food Science & Technology by Punjab Agricultural University with technical guidance from the Ohio State University, USA and started functioning in June 2015.
