Description
In November 2019, China's new Trademark law came into force bringing major improvements in the registration and enforcement of trademarks, as well as establishing higher penalties for counterfeiters. Most importantly, the new law explicitly prohibits bad-faith trademark filings, which is one of the most common threats EU SMEs are facing in China.
