Description
BleuBlancRouge, a French pharmaceutical SME, owns multiple patents, one of which was registered in Brazil through the Patent Cooperation Treaty. BleuBlancRouge has now signed a patent licence agreement with a Brazilian company and has decided to include an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) clause stipulating that any potential conflicts between the parties shall be solved by an arbitral tribunal.
