The Latin America IP SME Helpdesk is a free of charge first-line service whose main focus is to improve the awareness, management and protection of trademarks, patents, designs and copyrights by EU SMEs and entrepreneurs going international in Latin American countries. Aiming to improve their global competitiveness, the Helpdesk provides expert advice to small business on how to protect and enforce their Intellectual Property (IP) in or relating Latin America.
