Description
Erik, a young Spanish chef living in Madrid, had been carrying out gastronomic and scientific research related to the properties of Bolivian highlands food products, and announced that he had finished his first draft of a book on the subject. He also announced that he was planning to print its first edition in Bolivia, in order to become better-known on that market.
