Description

Luft Solutions AG is a German company that manufactures unmanned aerial vehicles, providing technical solutions to different industries.

During the last five years, the company has increased their sales of drones in South America, especially in Argentina, as the farming sector in this country started to implement technological equipment as a cheaper and more efficient way to monitor, fertilise and fumigate many acres of land.

The company had already registered their trade mark “LUFT SOLUTIONS” in Argentina when they started selling their products in the country five years ago. As Argentina became the main market for them in the region, they decided to create a new website with special content, tailored to satisfy the needs of the local farming industry.

To Luft Solutions’ surprise, the domain name “luftsolutions.com.ar” had already been registered by an Argentinean company, Agrodron S.A., which commercialised counterfeit drones imported from China bearing the trade mark “LUFT SOLUTIONS”.
