Christine’s educational background is on Economics and Management and she has been involved in the area of Intellectual Property management and strategy, patent analytics and technology landscaping and IP Valuation since 2004.

In Malaysia, she has conducted various public and customised in-house workshops on Innovation and IP, she consults on strategic and benchmarking aspects of Innovation and IP. Some of her training and consulting clients include PETRONAS, MiGHT (Malaysia Industry-Government Group for High Technology), Malaysian Agricultural Research & Development Institute (MARDI), Standard Chartered Bank, Telekom Malaysia, Pfizer, Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO), Malaysia Digital Economy Malaysia (MDEC) and various public universities in Malaysia to name a few.

She currently heads the IP valuation and Strategic IP Department of Adastra IP, a full service IP firm with several offices in ASEAN countries and India. She works with a team of finance, valuation and IP experts on providing IP valuation and assessment and landscaping services to clients, ranging from Malaysian Public Listed Companies, Small medium corporations to individual IP owners in unlocking the potential of their IP assets for various monetization purposes. 

She was appointed as a member in the Technology Expert Committee with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

She is currently serving a fourth term as the Secretary General of the Business Valuers Association of Malaysia (BVAM).

She is a certified valuation analyst before the International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists (IACVS) with specialisation in Intellectual Property Assets, as well as a certified trainer with Human Resource Development Corp of Malaysia.

Recently, she was appointed as the Assistant Secretary of the Malaysian Chapter of the Licensing Executive Society (LES) as well as recognised by IAM in their 2023 edition of Global Leading IP Strategists - Strategy 300 for her work in the area of IP Valuation.
