Over the past years, IP rules and laws in China have drastically changed as IP has played an increasingly important role in business. When internationalising to China, IP should be a key consideration for SMEs as it guarantees their competitiveness.
During the webinar, the Helpdesk IP Business Advisor will introduce the IP landscape in China including: IP protection, management, and enforcement. In addition, different case studies will be presented to illustrate the most common IP issues that Polish companies may face in China.
At the end of the training, there will be a Q&A session where participants can pose questions to the speaker.
