Webinar on Uganda IP landscape

The Africa IP SME Helpdesk is organising a webinar in cooperation with the French Chamber of Commerce of Uganda. This webinar is tailored to companies investing in or planning to do business in Uganda and will focus on the local intellectual property (IP) system, with a specific focus on patents, trade marks and copyrights, as well as other types of IP. The webinar starts with a presentation from the Africa IP SME Helpdesk, highlighting key services available for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Following this, an IP expert will provide an overview of the current IP landscape in Uganda, focusing on practical aspects and case studies. The session will conclude with a Q&A segment, allowing participants to engage with experts on relevant topics. This event aims to enhance awareness of the importance of IP for SMEs in Uganda.
