We would like to invite you to join us for the Live Webinar: “Cross-border trade in the new post-covid reality: Practical insights on Trade and IPR”, organised by CEEC Vietnam and CEEC Singapore, in partnership with South-East Asia IP SME Helpdesk.
During the round table discussion, our guest speakers from different trade agencies will help you to understand trade relations between Europe and Singapore as well as Vietnam; and how to successfully protect & enforce your intellectual property rights. They will draw an overall picture of the Covid-19 impact on trade and discuss the biggest opportunities and challenges for European businesses. In addition, an IP Expert from the SEA IP SME Helpdesk will also share some technical and practical insights along with efficient strategies on cross-border trade from the IP point of view.

Branch Director of CzechTrade Vietnam
Ivan Nikl comes from Czech Republic and he holds position of Director of Czech Trade Vietnam since July 2018. CzechTrade its government agency specialized for supporting czech exporters to enter foreign markets but also to connect interested parties from abroad with czech partners. His job is to promte bilateral connections between Vietnam and Czech Republic which is very diverse and gives him a lot of satisfaction. His prevoius experience includes support of Czech Trade foreign offices as a deputy team leader in engineering sector at HQ in Prague, realization of international exhibitions, market and distributors research.

Mr. Manh-Hung Tran is the Director and Managing Partner of BMVN International LLC, a licensed law firm and IP agent, and is a member of Baker & McKenzie International.
He has successfully represented some of the world’s largest multinational companies in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of IP law, including patents, designs, trademarks, copyright, unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting, anti-piracy, domain names, commercial IP involving franchising and licensing arrangements, trade secrets, and technology. Mr. Tran has also been called upon by the Vietnamese Government to review and help revise the country's IP Law and the Criminal Code's IP provisions.
He was voted as Vietnam Lawyer of the Year in the National poll of Vietnamese lawyers jointly organized by the Vietnam Lawyers’ Federation, the Ministry of Justice and Vietnam Law Magazine in 2009, ranked as the Strongly Recommended IP Lawyer by Global3000, and received high recognition from AsiaLaw and Managing IP Asia.
