Description
Trade marks protect your identity representing your company and its values. They are fundamental in establishing your presence in a market, build a trustworthy relationship with your customers and partner. On the other hand, they are quite easy to imitate and copy (counterfeit and trade mark squatting). As all Intellectual Property Rights, trade marks are territorials. This means in principle you have to register them in each and every country. The Madrid system can make this process easier. Join us to learn how to register and manage your Trade Marks in up to 122 countries.
This webinar is a cooperation between the International IPR SME Helpdesks. As all partners share the same mission: support European Union (EU) small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to both protect and enforce their Intellectual Property Rights in or relating to the relevant geographical areas. This is done through the provision of free information and services.

Our expert Avv. Elio De Tullio, will guide you through the system and will explain how to use it at his best to register and protect your Trade Marks in China, South East Asia and Latin America.
