The Latin America IP SME Helpdesk in collaboration with the Eureka Network invite you to a Webinar focusing on Intellectual Property rights for R&D projects in Brazil and Chile.
In this training, we will cover:
- The basic IPR concepts include patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- The significance of registering IPR in research and development projects, and how it contributes to innovation and business success.
- The complexities of IP ownership in collaborative R&D projects, including issues related to joint development, and commercialization
- Case Studies and Best Practices: Share real-life examples and best practices from successful R&D projects that effectively manage and leverage IP rights.

Globalstars is a Eureka programme that helps organisations explore new markets outside of Eureka’s network with calls for R&D projects focusing on a specific country or region. An Eureka country leads and coordinates the Globalstars call for projects alongside the target country or region.
Innowwide is funded by the European Union as part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. With Innowwide, SMEs based in European Union Member States or Iceland, Israel, Norway, Türkiye or the United Kingdom can benefit from a fixed amount of 60,000 euros of funding for market feasibility projects in a chosen target market in Africa, the Americas, Asia or Oceania. There is one Innowwide deadline each year.
