G20 Digital Innovation Alliance (G20-DIA) was launched by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), as part of the India’s G20 presidency. The objective of this initiative is to provide an opportunity to the start-ups to showcase their innovative solutions on a global platform. Through G20-DIA, MeitY aims to create an alliance of innovation ecosystem players, including startups, investors, mentors, and institutions who are building digital public goods/innovations. 174 start-ups were engaged in this initiative from G20 member states and nine non-member countries to present their innovation on six themes with global significance – Education, Agriculture/Food Security, Finance, Health, Secured Digital Infrastructure and Circular Economy.

Representatives of the India IP SME Helpdesk will be attending the 3-day Grand Summit of the G20-Digital Innovation Alliance (G-20-DIA) in Bangalore, India.
The event provides an opportunity to innovators, entrepreneurs, startups, corporates, investors, mentors etc. to engage on a global level. The Helpdesk team aims to meet the start-ups from the EU/SMP countries and talk about the significance of IP protection for business expansion in foreign market, as well as disseminate information regarding the services of the Helpdesk.
