WIPO official visits Vietnam, makes proposals to boost IP ecosystem

World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Deputy General Director of the Regional and National Development Sector Hasan Kleib has proposed that Vietnam focus on the youth, SMEs and women to boost the utilization of intellectual property as a tool for innovation.
