On Wednesday 9 March 2022, the Africa IP SME Helpdesk is organising a webinar, ‘Guide to IP protection in Nigeria for EU SMEs’. The webinar aims to raise awareness on all the available channels for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPRs) and provide useful tips for SMEs interested in expanding their business in Nigeria. The main topics covered will include which IPRs can be protected, the relevant regulatory agencies, and dispute resolution and enforcement of IPRs in Nigeria.
