TMclass new inclusion: Honduras

As part of the IP KEY Latin America programme, directed by the European Commission and implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the General Directorate of Intellectual Property of Honduras (DIGEPIH) has been been included in TMclass.

Other Latin American countries included in TMclass are: INPI Argentina, INPI Brazil, INAPI Chile, SIC Colombia, RNPCR Costa Rica, OCPI Cuba, ONAPI Dominican Republic, SENADi Ecuador, IMPI Mexico, DIGERPI Panama, INDECOPI Peru, CNR El Salvador, and MIEM Uruguay.

TMclass offers users the opportunity to search for and translate goods and services to and from any of the 44 languages available as well as verifying the terms’ correct classification under the Nice classification (an international classification of goods and services applied for the registration of marks).
