Singapore: Waiver of administrative fees and capped mediator's fees for WIPO mediation

In light of the global economic difficulties brought by COVID-19, the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (the "WIPO Centre") will waive its administration fee and cap the mediator’s fees at a maximum of S$5,000 for the first ten mediation cases in the context of IPOS proceedings from 1 October 2020 until 31 December 2020.
