Singapore: Ministry of Law and IPOS seek public feedback on proposed Copyright Bill

The Singapore Ministry of Law ("MinLaw") and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) are conducting a public consultation on the proposed Copyright Bill, in two parts, from 5 February 2021.

Part 1 of the Public Consultation focuses on the draft bill, while Part 2 focuses on the framework for regulating collective management organizations (CMOs).
