SIC Colombia establishes new guidelines to meet with their officials

On 22 February, the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism issued new guidelines for users, individuals, and legal entities, to request meetings with officials or contractors of the country's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

The Resolution 4231 sets out the steps to be followed. It seeks transparency in all acts that carry out the entities' functions.
