Presidents of the EPO and INPI Brazil discuss patent co-operation Europe-Brazil

The two heads of office welcomed the progress made so far under the Technical and Strategic Reinforced Partnership signed by their offices in 2019.

The EPO establishes bilateral co-operation partnerships with non-member states of the EPC in order to make the global patent system more efficient and better suited to user needs. The Reinforced Partnership programme extends the IP offices network that rely on the re-use of EPO results, so as to harmonize and to further integrate the global patent system.

Are you up to date with the latest bilateral co-operation partnerships made by the EPO with countries in Latin America?
