New user service initiative at INPI Brazil

INPI Brazil creates a pre-service that will work as an individualized guidance service for users branded INPI Conecta Todos (INPI connects everyone). The aim of this new service is to promote diversity, inclusion and equality by guaranteeing universal access to public industrial property services

This new service will offer active listening, accessible from the web portal, and available:

- Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 4 pm (Brazilian time).

- Lasting up to 15 minutes
