New requirements for person eligible to sign POA and documents in the procedures of IPRs registration

The National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (the NOIP or IP Vietnam) issued Notice No. 3822/TB-SHTT dated November 23, 2020 (the Notice) on applying regulations regarding legally eligible person to sign documents in the name of the applicant's representative in the procedures for registration of industrial property rights and related procedures.
