Myanmar: Trade mark publication and oppositions | May 2024

The Myanmar Intellectual Property Department (MIPD) commenced publication of trade mark applications on 1 May 2024. These applications have passed the examination stage. The publication is for opposition purposes under the Myanmar Trademark Law 2019.
