The Danish Patent and Trademark Office (DKPTO) and the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) have just signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a new start phase of bilateral cooperation in Intellectual Property between the two entities.
The objectives of the signed MoU can be summarised as follows:
- To bring together companies and institutions from both countries in other areas of high impact, such as technologies related to biodiversity.
- To cope with potential issues that can be dealt with: thanks to the Danish experience in regulating non-traditional brands in the European Union.
- To boost the development of innovations aimed at mitigating climate change
As a result of this collaboration, an IP Game will also be created.
