Madrid designation certificates available now at INPI Brazil

INPI Brazil has just made trade mark registration certificates, for those processes that designated Brazil through the Madrid Protocol, available to users.

Would you like to access the said certificate? To do so, users must log in to the Busca Web system. The document will be available in the publications section, and the icon for downloading the file will appear on the line referring to the “Grant of registration under the designation” order.
