Tomorrow, 26 April 2022 is the World IP Day. Among multiple initiatives arround the globe, India will seat at the Institute of Film, Communication and Creative Arts to raise awareness on the importance of protecting author and performer´s rights via Copyright.
In India, it also sheds light on the importance to have well established Copyright Societies, to guarantee a fair and equitable redistribution of the resources generated.
During the event, the renowned poet and lyricist Javed Akhtar will stand as a key note speaker, insisting on the importance of effectively protecting IPR, in particular among the youth.
