INPI Argentina has established new official fees that will come into effect as of December 1st, 2023.
Currently, the costs at INPI are approximately as follows:
- A trade mark application costs €28 per class.
- The costs to renew one mark amount to €35 per class.
It is expected that in general, the new fees will be raised in a range from 200% to 400% compared to the current ones.
