India patent agent examination call is now open

The Indian government  invites eligible candidates under Section 126 of the Patents Act, 1970 to submit online applications and appear before the Patent Agent Examination-2020(2022) which is likely to be held on 08/05/2022. Online registration started from 22/11/2021 and the last date for registration is 27/12/2021.

This new call for applicants will surely cover the recent needs arising from the increasing requests for IP protection in the country, and benefit the timely approval process of this growing system.
