Indecopi Peru reduces 25% the trade mark registration fee for micro and small companies

Indecopi has just announced that small and micro companies willing to register their trade marks in Peru will see a reduction of 25%.

An estimation of the fee that micro and small companies will have to pay to Indecopi for the registration of product, service, certification, name and commercial trademarks:

• Approx. EUR 135 without reduction
• Approx. EUR 101 (-25%) 

Each TM extra class will also benefit from this reduction: EUR 101 (-25%)
