INAPI Chile has just published for users a new IP Guide in the processing of Intellectual Property Rights at the Chilean institution. The user guide has a manual that explains step by step the use of the INAPI digital platform. From creating an account to accessing the electronic notifications.
The content of the Guide is updated and incorporates the changes introduced by the new Chilean IP Law, which entered into force on May 9, 2022.
