The Costa Rican IP Office (Registro Nacional de la República de Costa Rica) will begin shortly to allow trade mark certificate online for users.
To do so, users will be required:
1) Request of issuance of an electronic certificate at the time of filing or later on
2) Payment of the registration stamps
3) Choose between electronic or physical certificate, since the IP office will not deliver both of them
