EUIPO and IP offices of the EU members states have just launched a new consultation tool, Caribbean TMclass, a regional interface of TMclass.
The Caribbean TMclass is an online multi-lingual consultation tool offering free-of-charge access to the lists of terms accepted as suitable to identify goods and services for the purposes of the registration of marks by participating Caribbean IP Offices.
In Latin America, there are 2 IP offices members of this consultation tool: the IP Offices of Cuba (OCPI), and Dominican Republic (ONAPI).
Other member IP offices are Antigua and Barbuda (ABIPCO), Belize (BELIPO), Saint Kitts and Nevis (IPOSKN), Saint Lucia (ROCIP), Trinidad and Tobago (TTIPO), and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (CIPO).
