Our training manager will hold a training session on ''Circular construction and Sustainable building: Protecting and Commercializing Your Intellectual Property Prior Internationalization''.
Description of the training session:
Intellectual property (IP) has transversal impact across sectors and has a big role in circular and sustainable building. In an era of the open innovation and marriage of different technologies, IP plays a vital role in protecting ideas and creations and further facilitate synergistic working of technologies and networking between different enterprises.
Given the geographic and market size of India, construction and infrastructure sectors are of primal importance and given the challenges of climate change there exists a dire need for technologies providing localized solutions to the Indian market.
In year 2021, there was around 13% FDI inflows (total FDI accounted for $81.72 billion) in infrastructure and construction sectors. And further, the "Smart Cities Mission" and "Housing for All" programmes by Gov. of India provide immense opportunities for E.U. Enterprises to collaborate and expand in the Indian market.
The session is organized to uprise companies about intellectual property landscape, commercializing avenues available, and enforcement mechanisms in India and strategies prior internationalization.
