Description
Technological cooperation needs a structured process to succeed and IP is a key factor. This event will present the best practice for developing an IP strategy and define the key elements to protect the "know-how".
With the presentation by Gao Wei, director of the Foreign Office of Catalonia in Beijing, we will discover the main trends in technology and innovation contained in the new five-year Chinese plan (2021-2025).
We will also have Manuel Torres Salazar, head of the Garrigues offices in China, who will give us an introduction to the IP regulatory framework in China, the main risks will be taken when establishing cooperation with this country and how to avoid them.
