Overview
Centre of Excellence in Intellectual Property (CoE-IP) was set up at MeitY, New Delhi with the objective of creating a conducive infrastructure for the IPR eco-system in the country. The center aims to facilitate inventors in the ICT sector with prior art search and complement various initiatives of the Innovation and IPR division, MeitY towards promoting national/international patent filing and building a strong patent portfolio for the nation. The Centre run by CDAC Pune through its dedicated facility provides niche ICTE specific Prior Art and other related services to the user community.
