Overview
Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Science & Technology (APSCS&T) was established in the year 1992 to cater to the need of Science & Technological requirements of the state and to advise the government on policies and measures necessary to promote utilization of Science and Technology for achieving the socio-economic objectives of the state.
The Patent Information Centre (PIC) has been established in the Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Science & Technology, Itanagar in 2011 under the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India support and technical guidance of Patent Facilitating Centre, Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, New Delhi.
