Benoît Tardy is the IP Business Advisor for the South-East Asia IP SME Helpdesk Project and is currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Benoît is half French / half Colombian and is in charge of advising European SMEs on Intellectual Property related to South-East Asia.
Following some scientific studies, Benoît switched to law and he is currently holding several French academic degrees (a double Bachelor Degree in Law and Comparative English / American studies, a Master Degree in private and corporate law and a Master Degree in Intellectual Property and Design law). He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
Benoît worked for several IP specialized law firms in France (Paris) and also had the opportunity to work for a South African law firm located in Pretoria.
