Di holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in vehicle engineering and a Master’s Degree of Law from Tongji University. She works as a patent attorney and attorney at law at SPTL after finishing her dual master’s program at Tongji University and University of Konstanz.
Ms. WANG is serving clients from Europe, the United States and China with expertise in patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, FTO analysis and IP due diligence with her profound expertise in the mechanical tech fields. She also provides clients with IP strategies on acquisition, enforcement and contentious matters of their industrial designs in China and abroad, and offers trainings and webinars to clients on topics related to patents and industrial designs. Currently, she is a member of All China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA) and has authored articles on Small Discussion on How to Help Innovative Subjects Make High-Quality Patent Applications – in Perspective of Design Patents and Gradual Enhancement of Criminal Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
