Alice Wang is a seasoned international intellectual property attorney and executive with over 15 years of experience across private practice, in-house leadership, and global IP litigation strategy. She currently serves as the General Manager of Unitalen Attorneys at Law’s European office, where she leads cross-border IP operations and advises multinational clients on complex matters involving both Chinese and U.S. IP law.
Ms. Wang has a proven track record in managing high-stakes litigation, overseeing global patent portfolios, and navigating regulatory compliance, including GDPR and U.S. export controls (EAR). In her previous role as an in-house IP director, she built award-winning IP programs and successfully led more than 70 global litigation cases across multiple jurisdictions.
Dual-qualified in China and the United States, she holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School (cum laude), an LL.M. from Peking University, and a bachelor’s degree from Changchun University, where she graduated as valedictorian. Recognized as a Shenzhen Overseas High-Caliber Talent, Ms. Wang is also an appointed adjunct professor at several universities, contributing actively to legal education and international IP policy dialogue.
