Giulia Romanelli is a highly skilled lawyer specializing in industrial and intellectual property law, with extensive expertise in both litigation and strategic advisory in commercial operations.
With experience at leading law firms in Italy and China, she is currently based in Shanghai as the Head of the China Desk at Morri Rossetti & Franzosi. In this role, Giulia provides strategic legal support to SMEs and multinational corporations, handling complex disputes and transactions in the technology, design, and luxury sectors, both domestically and internationally. Giulia’s expertise empowers businesses to protect and expand their assets across international markets, bridging European and Chinese IP systems.

Admitted to practice law before the Milan Court of Appeal, Giulia is also an accredited representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
